By using Playtoob, you agree to these terms.

1. What Playtoob is

Playtoob is a companion interface for organizing and watching videos from channels you choose. It is not affiliated with YouTube or the creators whose content is displayed through the service.

2. Accounts

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for maintaining access to your account.
  • You may not use Playtoob for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity.
  • We may suspend accounts that threaten the service, other users, or legal compliance.

3. Content responsibility

You are responsible for the channels and videos you choose to follow or share through Playtoob. Third-party video content remains the responsibility of its original platform and creators.

4. Paid upgrades

  • Some features may require a one-time payment or other paid upgrade.
  • Pricing, product scope, and early-access offers may change for future purchases.
  • Invoices are issued by NodOnce OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia.

5. Availability

We aim to keep Playtoob available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent feature availability, or compatibility with every third-party change.

6. Warranty and liability

Playtoob is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
